Payment Methods

We accept all types of payments through PayPal- Visa/Mastercard/Debit/PayPal transfers. 

Note: you do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.

We also accept Direct Deposits if you have an Australian Bank Account. If you would like to pay using this method, before placing an order, please contact us at [email protected]


Shipping

-International-

Standard Shipping 5-12 business days with a starting rate of AUD$12. 

Please note that standard shipping does not include tracking. We will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to, unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties or customs procedures or peak season. 


-Within Australia-

Regular Post 3-5 business days with a flat rate of $5.

Express Post 1-2 business days can be arranged by emailing or Facebook messaging us. 


-New Zealand-

We use Australia Post International Airmail for shippings to New Zealand. 

Standard Shipping 5-12 business days with a flat rate of AUD$10. Please note that standard shipping does not include tracking. We will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to, unforeseen weather conditions, a country's local taxes, duties or customs procedures or peak season. 


-General-

We will not be held responsible for any delay, lost or stolen packages in transit. 

Packages will be posted to the address registered with your PayPal account. It is your responsibility to make sure that the address registered with your PayPal account is correct. 

We will send the packages out to you within 1-3 days of receiving the payment. You will also receive a confirmation email when your item is on its way to you.


Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept refunds or exchanges based on change of mind. We take the utmost care in selecting quality items and providing you with an accurate description of the product that you are buying. 

All items are checked before they are sent out- however if the item you receive is damaged we are happy to provide you with an exchange provided that all tags and packaging are still intact.
